We are watching Animal House, and, of course, this leads to lots of reminiscing about dead horses, togas, fraternity initiations, golf balls, mashed potatoes and zits, ladders, and on and on. Among other things, the song "Louie, Louie" brings up lots of memories and lends itself to some serious lyrics research. I found this definitive (?) source on the words to this great tune.
